Job Overview:
The Resuscitation Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable healthcare provider to join our Instructor team. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in training clients on the latest science of resuscitation topics. You will provide instruction and guidance in both classroom and hospital settings, ensuring that students gain the necessary knowledge and skills to gain certification and excel in the topic.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative simulation sessions on current healthcare for emergency and critical care scenarios.
- Utilize learning technologies to enhance the client's learning experiences
- Manage a classroom environment per School policies and guidelines.
- Provide hands-on instruction and guidance in simulated critical care and acute care procedures
- Assess student performance through various assessments
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Stay up-to-date with materials
Qualifications:
- Healthcare professional ( Physician, Nursing, RRT, Paramedic)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology terminology
- Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably in critical care or acute care
- Proficiency in learning technologies and ability to integrate them into teaching methods
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
