We are at the cutting edge of retail analytics technology, helping identify & facilitate drivers of performance and improve sales/profits from out-of-stocks, poor in-store execution, waste, markdowns and shrink.

As an Insight Analyst you will provide key analysis of data from a variety of sources to deliver actionable and valuable business insights to our clients. Providing day to day reporting, analytical support and proactive insights to our clients and Retail Insight.

What you will do...

• Leverage knowledge of data and products to derive valuable insight for the client and continuously demonstrate value of our products
• Analyze client’s unique data set to ensure our product suite is built and configured for optimal performance
• Partner with the Delivery Manager and Relationship Manager(s) in delivery of client requirements for proactive, tactical, and ad-hoc analysis, and product / service development opportunities
• Provide Performance Measurement Analytics and Reporting for the Client/Delivery Manager
• Work closely with engineering and software development, both internally and externally
• Take ownership to ensure client issues are resolved quickly, and root causes are identified, managed, and communicated
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on quality, suitability and value of our Products and Proactive Insights

Our ideal candidate...

• Proven experience of applying analytics / analytical approach to produce positive solutions for our clients
• Excellent presentation skills, with demonstrable experience of presenting to high level stakeholders and external clients
• Good Excel, SQL and PowerPoint competence
• Is confident in using data visualisations to deliver key information to all levels of stakeholder
• Be proactive and creative when it comes to problem solving and providing Return on Investment for our clients
• Ability to self-manage and communicate, both written and verbal, to external senior leadership–including technical and non-technical audiences
