Work Location: Miamisburg, OH No Remote Work.

General Position Description:

This position is a seasonal administrative job working in an insurance office environment. It is an hourly, non-exempt position that works closely with other team members. A typical day includes use of computers, printers, mail machines, telephones, and the company’s CRM database management system. This position supports our internal sales process through the completion, filing, and saving of applications.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Starting October 18, 2022 @ 8:30 a.m. to support advisors with our enrollment process

· Expereince using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· Expereince using Customer Relationship Management database. Track and update activities in CRM

· Writing, emailing, and mailing enrollments

· Reviewing enrollment forms for completeness and correctness

· Working with advisors to resolve issues on enrollment forms

· Submit enrollments based upon carrier and CMS guidelines

· Assist in other administrative tasks as requested

Skills and Experience Requirements

· High School Diploma required.

· Strong computer and keyboarding skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft excel, databases, the internet, etc.

· General technology proficiency

· Attentive to details and the ability to multi-task

· Organization and time management skills required

· Professional demeanor, positive attitude and productive team player

Job Type: Full time, seasonal: October 18th - December 9th, 2022

Compensation: $14.75 - 16.00 per hour
