What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction manager position at RETS Associates?
RETS Associates has been retained by our client to recruit a retail (grocery-anchored) Development / Construction Manager in Walnut Creek, CA .
The role is with a retail REIT which is one of the most successful owner, operator & developers of Class A grocery-anchored retail centers.
The role will have responsibility for construction / development of ground-up retail developments, as well as upgrades / improvements to existing grocery anchored centers ( 150,000 SF on average).
RETS is seeking candidates who have experience in the construction or development of retail real estate (preferably grocery anchored) with either a general contractor or a retail developer.
Candidates must have :
- 4-year degree, preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Real Estate Development.
- Experience with site improvements and utility set up.
