Description
RETTEW, an employee-owned consulting firm seeks an experienced Project Manager to handle the ins and outs of everyday development projects within our Land Development group based in our Mechanicsburg office. Quality project management is one of the ways RETTEW meets and exceeds client expectations in the industrial, commercial and residential development markets. Construction projects require intensive pre-planning, permitting, infrastructure coordination, and plan reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing of mid-size multi-disciplined projects
- Leading design teams in all aspects of project design and permitting
- Business development and client management experience a plus
- Ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule and budget
- Deliver quality work and achieve client delight on every project
- Managing a team of technical staff on projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture
- 3-5 years managing traditional land development projects, including sanitary sewer and NPDES permitting
- PE, RLA or related professional license is preferred
- Strong demonstrated technical expertise
- History of development of new and existing clients a plus
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, Hydraflow and HydroCAD a plus
