Job Title: Reservations Agent

Pay: $16.00ph commission

Location: Kissimmee, FL

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for answering incoming sales calls and selling the features and benefits of Reunion Resort to the guests’ vacation desires; booking tee times for upcoming guests; involves incoming calls, outgoing calls, and responding to e-mail requests.
Responsible for the overall performance and productivity of resort reservation sales. Provide highest levels of sales conversions and customer service excellence.
Maintain strategy on ensuring customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
Ensure adherence to sales methodologies are being followed to maintain competitive edge.
Aids in providing team motivation and development to maximize sales opportunities.
Answer customer’s inquiries regarding existing and new reservations. Resolve any issues that a guest might encounter with a future or past booking.
Accurately represent the Resorts and all its products and services.
Drive resort revenue through outbound call campaigns.
Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies.
Completing any other task/duties assigned.
Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills.
Reservations experience of at least 1 year is required.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions during shift.
Must possess strong computer skills. Experience with NAVIS and Microsoft software is a plus.
Bilingual is a plus.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be physically able to reach, bend, and stoop, and be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 25 pounds.
