We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator & Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive lead generation. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Create compelling content, including posts, videos, graphics, and blogs, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant conversations, and opportunities for engagement or promotion.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and assets for social media campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media and digital marketing.
- 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Knowledge of WordPress or other similar web platforms
- Familiarity with Email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or MailChimp
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the building products industry or construction sector is a plus.
