ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Avoya Travel is hiring a full-time Marketing Account Executive.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Account Executive to join our team in the travel industry. The Marketing Account Executive will be responsible for managing complex projects related to marketing and advertising efforts, including but not limited to marketing and sales collateral development, digital assets including presentations, pitch materials, video, website, and landing page content, and more. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
Work with cross-functional teams consisting of the SVP of Marketing, key marketing and creative personnel, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project completion.
Monitor and manage project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Communicate project status updates to internal stakeholders and external partners, including senior leadership.
Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and meet customer expectations.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and budgets.
Continuously evaluate project processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with other tasks and/or special projects as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Experience managing complex projects, including developing project plans, identifying risks and issues, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
PMP or other project management certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION
3 years of experience in project management.
High School Diploma.

PHYISCAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 15lbs at a time.
Ability to travel to home office or other locations as needed.
