Job Summary:
Analyze various segments and pricing associated with marketing, email campaigns and online promotions within each property for all properties at a corporate level. Assist Revenue Manager in meeting and exceeding budgeted projections.
Essential Functions:
- Proactivity analyze and report on existing revenue, online marketing channels and demand. Adjust online rates and promotions accordingly to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
- Seeks out new ideas and opportunities to advance the revenue management practices for future growth and scalability.
- Support Revenue Analyst and Revenue Manager in its related tasks and act as Revenue Analyst in its absence
- Develop and provide action plans based on insights from data analysis.
- Implement pricing initiatives both strategic and operational that align with the goals of the overall business.
- Deliver revenue goals through management of rates, inventory, and content.
- Proactively review occupancy and take action to maximize occupancy during normal distressed periods by working with the Inventory team.
- Track and report market trends by region & source of business
- Propose and implement new revenue strategies approved by Management.
- Maintain a flexible schedule.
- Have thorough knowledge of company policy/ procedures.
- Demonstrate and be an example of the owner services community essentials
- Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Entry level position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Power Point, Publisher, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Minimum one year customer service experience and six months reservations/customer service experience.
