Why This Role Is Valuable  

The People Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Revantage People and Culture Business Partner team through all aspects of the employee experience.  This is a great entry level role for someone looking to gain experience in a hyper-growth environment aimed at providing exceptional service to our people. This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.

How You Add Value

  • Own the administrative and operational transactions for the People & Culture business partner team
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee requests and assist Business Partner team to resolve in a proactive and positive manner
  • Generate and disseminate recurring data and analytics reports to executive leadership team and business partner team
  • Responsible for processing as well as the accuracy and completeness of employee data changes
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiencies and/or data accuracy
  • Assist team in execution of people related initiatives related to: talent management, compensation planning, DEI initiatives and CSR programs
  • Work alongside team to facilitate seamless execution of the annual performance management seasons (goal setting, mid-year revies and year-end reviews)
  • Prepare documentation associated with employee relations, including but not limited to performance improvement plans, separations and general talent development
  • Track, monitor and advise company managers on consultant and temporary staff
  • Collaborate across People & Culture team, partnering with Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed, in support of the overall Business Partner team

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner able to grasp concepts quickly and apply learned concepts to future work
  • Superb listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • Thrives in fast-paced work environment

Preferred:

  • MS Excel and PPT proficiency
  • Corporate or professional services work experience
