Job description:
Involved in engineering practices to help build Java applications. Create Proof of concept for developing Java Applications for payments systems Hands-on experience in Java Development (Java 8/11, J2EE, JMS (Java Messaging Service), Spring boot, Microservices, AWS,
- Liaise with Functional Analyst to create design documents and develop solutions.
- Manage a team of designers, developers, and testers to deliver the outcome.
- Drives execution of an outcome from inception through successful delivery through the full stack of the development services, or an outcome that spans multiple teams and integrations across the enterprise.
- Looked at as the first point of contact for the technical teams. Responsibilities:
- Define and manage development scope, objectives, and outcomes.
- Develop and manage development plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and success.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Track and report development progress, issues, and risks to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop technical solutions that meet project requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the development teams
