TV/AV Digital Signage Installer

During large project installations, weekends and overtime availability will be required. Another part of the position will be to work as Event Day Operator at Jazz games and other events at the Vivint Smart Home Arena. These events are during the week/evenings and weekends and all installers are required to sign up for the events.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for installing audio/video distribution systems, digital signage systems, video walls, and other communication hardware in commercial environments along with maintaining and servicing these components. Occasional paid travel required.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have 5 years’ experience installing simple to complex AV systems and mounting displays on various surfaces. (not required, but at least similar experience is held very highly) Must be familiar with HDMI distribution, including HDBaseT. Solid understanding of network topology, wiring, components, and terminations required. Knowledge of Crestron/AMX a plus. Having CTS certification is preferred. Any learning tools, online programs, etc. will be provided as well as we will cover the cost of tests. Experience running a crew or managing other crews preferred. (minimum of “works well with others” is required) Clean cut appearance & well spoken. Able to lift 50lbs or more and be proficient in the safe use of tools, lifts and ladders. Must have a good driving record and reliable transportation to the office (We provide company vehicle to customer sites). Must thrive in a high pace environment and be a self-starter with a willingness and desire to teach/learn. Additional Information

Revel is looking to fill two positions. (1) more advanced/lead type position and (1) mid/average level technician position. This will be driven by experience and will affect the pay to the higher/lower sides of the pay range.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
