Colorado State University Athletics and REVELxp are seeking candidates for a in season internship in the ticket sales department located in Fort Collins, Co. The internship program will support full-time staff in maximizing revenue and creating fan experiences for the ticketed events.
This internship offers a flexible schedule and the Monday – Friday and occasional weekends/gamedays schedule will be customized based on each candidate’s schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Learn the ticket sales process
• Make outbound calls to potential group package buyers
• Maintain an organized profile of ticket holders and prospects
• Research and generate group sales leads
• Gain understanding of sales & marketing strategies
• Assist in servicing group ticket holders and other clients
• Assist the sales staff regarding their clerical duties
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at a minimum:
• A strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to present themselves well to others
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• At least one year of advanced education working towards a degree
