Inventory Management Associate
Reports To
The Warehouse Supervisor.
Job Overview
The Inventory Management Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts of all equipment and parts in the warehouse and in fleet vehicles.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain accurate inventory counts by executing proper storage, tracking, and counting processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts in fleet vehicles of parts and supplies.
• Complete accurate inventory counts and adjustments.
• Key appropriate inventory adjustments to add, modify, or delete inventory in cloud based inventory system to ensure ongoing accuracy.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inventory counts as directed by the supervisor, and as scheduled and investigate and/or correct any issues as they arise.
• Monitor and react to issues with products in the inventory In and Out hold area.
• Assist in inventory month end physical count process.
• Maintain safe work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures. Report any hazardous conditions to the assigned supervisor or safety team.
• Help to implement and enforce new processes put in place by management.

• Experience with inventory management software preferred
• Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and flexibility required
• Intermediate math and computer skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a variety of schedules and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently and or in group settings, with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least one year managing inventory.
• Ability to work unsupervised and be a self starter.
• Ability to work in a team environment or alone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,960.00 - $31,200.00 per year
