You, as a Training and Development Manager, will develop and facilitate sales training and enablement programs for ReversingLabs regional sales directors, inside sales, sales engineering and sales development representatives, from new hire onboarding through ongoing skill development. You will work with a cross-functional team of product, marketing and sales individuals to ensure both new and tenured sales teams have the knowledge and abilities needed to achieve revenue targets and drive business outcomes. This role will report into the Director of Revenue Enablement and will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent, measurable, and enjoyable approach for our Revenue Organization that provides all key training, tools, and assets to enable employees efficiently and effectively. This role will be focused on ensuring every Revenue Org employee feels well supported, warmly welcomed, and has foundational knowledge to contribute to the business. This role is remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, design, and lead the new hire experience in areas of all things onboarding post-New Hire Orientation for the Revenue organization.
  • Build, maintain and deliver sales training programs grounded in educational best practices that are engaging and achieve learning outcomes.
  • Partner with leaders and SMEs across the business to define, develop and execute inclusive world-class enablement programs.
  • Manage milestones, checkpoints, and certifications of new hires, while maintaining a close partnership and frequent communication with managers and key stakeholders on performance
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to the employee experience by implementing continuous enhancement based on researching onboarding assessments, industry best practices, data-driven analysis, and workforce sentiment.
  • Develop and deliver new hire learning strategies and curriculum in alignment with organizational priorities and leverage facilitation skills to deliver high-impact, effective, and engaging live and on-demand learning.
  • Utilize adult learning principles and a blended-learning approach to include classroom, webinar, self-study, event-based training, and new technologies to help scale global programs across the organization.
  • Coordinate communications and scheduling
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of the enablement programs and regularly report results to key business stakeholders.
