You, as a Training and Development Manager, will develop and facilitate sales training and enablement programs for ReversingLabs regional sales directors, inside sales, sales engineering and sales development representatives, from new hire onboarding through ongoing skill development. You will work with a cross-functional team of product, marketing and sales individuals to ensure both new and tenured sales teams have the knowledge and abilities needed to achieve revenue targets and drive business outcomes. This role will report into the Director of Revenue Enablement and will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent, measurable, and enjoyable approach for our Revenue Organization that provides all key training, tools, and assets to enable employees efficiently and effectively. This role will be focused on ensuring every Revenue Org employee feels well supported, warmly welcomed, and has foundational knowledge to contribute to the business. This role is remote.
