Job Responsibilities:

As the Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the interior design aspects of our property development projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all interior design project elements and coordinating with external contractors.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
• Collaborating with executives and stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Developing innovative and cost-effective design solutions that align with project goals.
• Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other fixtures for each project
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the design plan
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the construction or property development industry.
• Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
• Superior ability to communicate deadlines, expectations, and results, to executives, stakeholders, and
• community leaders.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing projects and delivering results.
• In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and techniques.
• A bachelor's degree, certification or equivalent in interior design or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the industry.
• A commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
• An impressive portfolio of accomplished projects and designs.
• A keen desire to make a difference and leave a positive impact on a project and a community.
• Proficiency in a design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D
• Strong knowledge of color theory and space planning principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sales experience is a plus
