Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is desirable
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
