As the Clinical Informatics Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the projects, systems, and workflows related to collecting and utilizing patient-reported data.
You will be a key member of a team that works with a wide variety of healthcare practices across several medical specialties and internal support departments, including orthopedics, women’s health, colorectal, and more. Your team will be the liaison between the technical software developers and the clinical staff that provide patient care.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys digging into the technical details of system configuration, as well as educating and training staff on workflows. The main goals of your work are to improve the patient experience and ensure providers have all the information needed to provide excellent patient care in an efficient manner.

This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm out of the Revo Health Corporate Office in Bloomington. This will be a hybrid position, working Monday and Wednesday in office, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from home.

Essential Functions:
- Complete project deliverables in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
- Regularly meet with clients and vendors.
- Work collaboratively with software vendor to configure systems for use.
- Communicate with clinic leaders and providers to understand clinical needs, front desk workflows, and provider workflows; evaluate potential impact of software solutions.
- Develop patient form and patient education content in collaboration with clinic leaders and providers.
- Configure systems to deploy forms and education materials to desired settings.
- Work with providers and medical staff to integrate patient reported data into the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Train and educate clinic staff and internal support staff on how to use software.
- Act as helpdesk support and point of contact for staff and clinic leaders who have issues or questions about the system.
- Create technical documents, manuals, and training materials.
- Act as subject matter expert on the data coming out of the patient form system.
- Complete comprehensive testing from patient and staff perspectives.
- Coordinate system upgrades and project launches with a various moving pieces and teams.
- Provide onsite support for clients during project launches.
- Identify and support new strategies and processes to improve patient and staff experience.
- Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1 years of professional experience working with healthcare software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Software required
- Analytics experience desired
- Strong, effective communicator with ability to tailor communication to differing audiences
- Team oriented and collaborative with the ability to flex in support of changing timelines and deliverables
- A problem solver with the demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions and handle confidential information
Environmental Conditions:
- Office setting that also embraces a flexible, virtual workplace
- Candidates preferred to be onsite 2 days per week, but fully remote is available
- To maintain connection with the team while working remotely, employees are expected to have regular access to high-speed Internet connections and turn on video/webcam for the majority of virtual meetings
- Occasionally required to travel to other work locations for client or team meetings
- Occasionally flex work hours to nights or weekends for system issues or project go-lives
