What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Operations Manager- Revo Health position at Revo Health?
The HR Operations Manager will work closely with the HR leadership team to develop and implement the HR strategic plan and initiatives and is responsible for leading the HRIS function and HR support staff. The HR Operations Manager anticipates, assesses, and manages HR-related needs.
This will be a full-time position, Monday-Friday, normal business hours but will require more then 40 hours per week to be effective in the position.
The hire must be local to MN but will work a hybrid schedule 2-3 days per week in the office with flexibility for weather conditions.
This position will have direct reports they will be responsible for.
- Lead and execute key initiatives that support Revo Health's HR strategy
- Oversee people processes and controls; identify gaps and inefficiencies, provide standardization and improvement recommendations which will impact the full employee lifecycle.
- Support the business by assessing client needs in an effort to analyze complex business problems and create results
- Develop and define HR data analytics that will add value and deliver actionable insights for leaders in the organization
- Develop HR solutions which add value to the organization and use effective change management techniques to support those solutions
- Develop and upgrade HR team capabilities, through ongoing coaching and development opportunities
- Provide work direction for HR support staff (HR Coordinator & HR Assistant) and be the contact for day-to-day questions and escalated issues
- Guide HR support staff regarding company policies, Core Values, HR program administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner
- Act as the liaison between the HR and Payroll departments to define, execute, and improve processes
- Serve as a key HR resource for new practice integrations or acquisitions
- Lead company-wide core process projects as required (HR Metrics, affirmative action plans, employee handbook, performance management, etc.)
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the hiring and required employment practices/documents reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. (UI, I-9's, etc.)
- Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
- Identify training and development needs for employees at all levels
- Any and all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of HR Operations Delivery or related experience
- People leadership experience
- HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity, talent management, performance management, federal and state employment laws.

- Work in the clinic, office or surgery center during business hours
- Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
- Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
- Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
- Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
- Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Understand and execute a variety of instructions
- Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Travel to other work locations, if required

- Clinic/office/surgery center setting
