Job Description
Are you a builder, a problem solver, or someone who is always seeking to answer the "why"? We're on the lookout for experienced tech professionals with experience in the Healthcare sector, to cross-train as certified Salesforce Health Cloud Developers.
Through our two-year program, you'll receive paid training, certifications, and work placement with some of the best brands in the sector.
The opportunity
During your initial training, we'll provide you with the initial training you'll need to get you up to speed in Salesforce and support you as you gain your industry certifications to become a certified Salesforce Health Cloud Developer. We'll then place you with our client, to give you that all-important work experience that will help you stand out in the jobs market.
Plus, as part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as a Salesforce Authorized Training Provider, we'll also provide you with your own personal success coach, and a tailored learning and development plan so you'll feel confident as you get paid to work with the world's most popular CRM.
Once you're trained and certified, you'll work with our client to design, engineer, and deliver elegant solutions that solve their business challenges. Your role could include:
Functionality and stability testing of applications
Designing, coding, and implementing apps through Salesforce
Creating development goals and timelines
Troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and maintaining application software security
Documentation and creating training documents
Who we're looking for
To apply for this program, you'll need a minimum of four years of experience with object oriented programming in languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C# as well as a strong understanding of the core concepts of software engineering. You will also need to have been involved in at least one full software development lifecycle in a commercial setting. Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is also an asset.
Finally, you'll need to be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver, and dedicated to learning your new skill set.
To apply for this program, you'll also need to be:
Willing to commit to a minimum of two years' working with Revolent, post training
Able to commit to 40 hours per week, post training
Living within a commutable distance of a major US airport
Available to start training at the end of January 2023
This is a remote role but you must be able to travel or relocate as requested by the client.
