Project Manager

rEvolution is seeking a Project Manager to join our quickly growing sports marketing agency. Reporting to the PMO Lead, you will manage the workflow between the account management team and the various integrated services teams within rEvolution.

You Will:

• Consistently and effectively plan, resource, execute, and otherwise manage cross-functional teams on projects that are high quality, profitable, and delivered on time.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by managing against project plans/schedules/timelines and defined budgets – all of which are subject to updates based upon tangible changes impacting the delivery of work.
• Monitor and report upon project progress and budget usage (in relation to approved staffing plan).
• Partner with Account Management to facilitate regular process and status meetings, set and manage client expectations, and build project forecasts.
• Adopt, enforce and otherwise contribute to overall improvement and quality of One rEvolution processes.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equal relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in an agency.
  • Preferably at least 1 year experience within the automotive industry.
• Process oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, with clear and proactive communication focus.
• Great facilitation skills and the ability to build bridges between teams and people.
• Proven experience of managing project finances, timelines, and internal resourcing.

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Detroit office, but has a global reach.
