REVOLUTIONARY HOME HEALTH IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT(CNA) / HOME HEALTH AIDE(HHA) TO PROVIDE CARE TO PATIENTS IN THEIR HOMES.
The CNA/HHA provides ADL and IADL assistance to home health patients in their homes. Visits focus on assisting with personal care and providing minimal light housekeeping. The CNA/HHA sees on average 5-6 patients per day and the average visit length is 45 minutes to an hour.

Job Requirements:
· Certified Nurse Assistant Certification in Pennsylvania
· Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
· CPR
· Must be reliable and possess good communication skills
