ABOUT THE ROLE

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS & TRAINING

Your responsibilities will include converting prospective clients, optimizing CRM systems, networking within the industry, and participating in ongoing training sessions to elevate your sales performance and skillset.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

This role welcomes candidates with previous sales experience, a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, and a thirst for learning. Whether you're an established talent or an emerging star, we provide extensive training and development under expert guidance.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Compensation Structure:

$60,000 Draw/Pull Structure: Annual base pay of $60,000, deducted from commissions.

$500 per Door Commission.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay

Experience:

Property Management Sales: 3 years (Required)

Sales: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification: Real Estate License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
