We are seeking a Data Developer to join our Rexel USA team at out Beaverton, OR location (Remote available):
Summary
The Data Developer is responsible for the creation of new and existing web applications. This role will work to translate functional requirements into database architecture/designs by building databases tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, and functions. The Data Developer must work with agility, problem solve creatively, and collaborate with team members to develop web application solutions that best fit customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Translating functional requirements into database architecture/designs
- Create stored procedures, functions, tables, and views
- Develop custom code and reports
- Participate in the resolution of complex design and implementation issues across projects
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Creates prototypes for client engagements
- Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years’ experience
- Direct experience in database development
- Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio
- Knowledge of SQL Server 2008R2 through 2016 related utilities
- Experience with Microsoft T-SQL
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, preferred
- Possesses demonstrated work experience with an enterprise SQL Server environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have strong communication skills
- Understands technical and functional design requirements
- Reads and understands XML schemas
- Reads and understands JSON string
- Understands relational database concepts
- Demonstrates knowledge of physical and logical database design
- Ability to write effective stored procedures
- A motivated team player
