We are seeking a Digital Adoption Manager to join our Rexel USA team in Dallas, TX! (Remote)
Location: Open to any location in the US
Summary
The Digital Adoption Manager is responsible for partnering with regions to help them achieve their digital sales adoption goals. Responsible for building training content for all digital & BI tools as well as responsible for educating, training, and teaching staff and customers about new tools. Manage change, employee engagement, handle feedback, highlight large digital trends, and communicate status of feedback trends to regions, CEO staff, and key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do

• Manage a team of digital national experts that support regions, customers, and employees in their different phases of their digital journey
• Understand & support each region’s digital sales adoption plans and align the team to achieve these goals
• Maximize Return on Investment on digital by making sure national experts are rolling out new items and features
• Prepare executive updates to stakeholders on what’s been done, what’s being worked on, and other known items
• Stay on top of feedback trends, making sure the team is balanced. Take point on “hot” items, and create a process to watch aging feedback
• Build relationships with key influencers to create trust
• Manage monthly newsletters and updates to employee intranet. Make sure monthly “tech champs” are widely attended and valuable with guest speakers, great content, etc.
• Lead the creation of a digital certification program to organize training & hands on exercises so that all Rexel US employees are digital experts
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing or related field
• 6 years of related experience
• Experience working in a Rexel or Gexpro branch preferred
• Experience with change management, working through difficult situations
• Digital tool expertise of Power BI, Sales/Order/Branch Central
