The position of ASG Production Planner will be based out of Santa Clara, CA!
Summary
The ASG Production Planner is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production process. Responsibilities include a focus on the materials and goods required in the production phase, ensuring quality and on time delivery for ASG orders.
For the state of California only, the pay range is $95,000.00 to $100,000.00 , depending upon qualifications, experience and other considerations permitted by law.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule usage of production materials to maintain optimal production levels
- Monitor material supply flow and identify shortages and bottlenecks and appropriate action
- Knowledge and ability to source material through the supply chain
- Resolve issues regarding quality and production
- Expedite open purchase orders and manage proactive receipt dates in the current business system
- Manage deadlines based upon NPI product expectations
- Ensure timely distribution and maintenance of the Services Manufacturing Report
- Create and maintain product and vendor records in ERP system
- Place inventory and expense purchase orders for ASG
- Enter and maintain intercompany transfer orders
- Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

Experience
5 years of industry experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Possess strong organizational skills and apply them to improve operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Proficient in an ERP / Business System
- Ability to analyze, manage and interpret large amounts of data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and translate data into understandable communications
