Our Corporate Digital Customer Experience Team is seeking a motivated individual that will help our Commercial Systems segment deliver high quality software solutions that delight our customers. The QA analyst will serve as the quality assurance expert as part of a focused Agile delivery team. This role will require strong communications across team members and other QA associates supporting other teams to ensure best practice approaches are leveraged and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and implemented.

We have some unique customizations that allow our technology to scale to hundreds of thousands of SKUs, over a billion pricing records, high availability, and heavy traffic.

Major Responsibilities:

• Application test planning and execution for customer-facing web applications and mobile apps
• Development and documentation of test plans and test cases as well as detailed report creation and communication throughout sprints
• Execute test cases for all sprint user stories and documentation of any bugs
• Coordinate communication with product owners, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders for requirements clarity, testing progress, and user acceptance testing
• Coordinate user acceptance testing

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

• Undergraduate degree
• Experience in all phases of testing as part of software development processes
• Any relevant certification in manual/automated testing
• 1-2 years of experience in manual software testing
• Ability to plan proactively and work independently
• Strong written communication skills
• Preferred: Experience using TestRail for test case management and Katalon for automated testing
• Preferred: Experience working in an agile development process
• Preferred: Experience with automated software testing
