Position Summary:
The Productivity Analyst will directly support the Productivity Leadership team to maintain proper execution, analysis, communication, and management of companywide strategic initiatives. The Productivity Analyst will have a strong focus on project management, quantitative analysis, report creation/maintenance and strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the enterprise.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Quantitative analysis of multiple facets of the business to seek continuous improvement opportunities
- Leading & Coordination of project tasks from conception to completion within the Productivity Department
- Design & implementation of KPI tracking systems across the enterprise to measure and evaluate performance
- Effectively communicate key information and deadlines to both internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration on enterprise initiatives including but not limited to Route to Market Strategy, SKU rationalization, Service Calibration, Network Optimization, Location Intelligence and Power BI reporting
- Analyze, interpret & effectively summarize complex data sets to key stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with strong multitasking skill
- Other projects or duties as assigned
