Responsibilities:
As an F&I Vendor Support Specialist, you will act as a liaison between our industry partners, customers, and internal teams to help make sure our software solutions are accurate and meet our customers’ requirements. While all parties will often have the same end goal, your ability to communicate and develop solutions will be key to achieving successful outcomes. Tenacity and follow-through are valuable qualities in this role.
