Assured Imaging's Capital location in Tucson, AZ is hiring NOW for full-time Build Technicians for our fast-paced shop. The ideal Build Technician will possess carpentry, general construction, mechanical, and/or fabrication skills to assist in custom build-outs of Freightliners, Coaches/RVs and Trailers for mobile medical imaging. We customize and build our mobile medical units from the chassis up for our customers and in-house fleet; these units include climate control/HVAC, generators, bathrooms, exam rooms for radiology, and high-end interior finishes. We offer a competitive pay rate of up to $22/hour with overtime available.
We are looking for employees with carpentry, general construction, mechanical, and/or fabrication knowledge, who can skillfully perform a variety of production duties including:
Framing
Electrical wiring / plumbing
Cabinet and countertop installation
Commercial flooring installation
Mechanical and vehicular maintenance
HVAC system installation
Wood working
Sheet metal fabrication
General construction
Drafting and design
EXPECTATIONS
Demonstrates willingness to take direction and follows instructions.
Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at work-site. Works overtime as assigned.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment, returns all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping (i.e.: cleaning, organizing).
Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifies unsafe working conditions and notifies supervisor.
Advises supervisor of any issues after daily inspections are completed.
Reads production drawings and recognizes whether the product is set up properly
REQUIREMENTS
2 or more years of construction / fabrication experience
Ability to regularly lift at least 75 pounds

• Must be able to successfully pass background and/or drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time, 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
