ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT wanted
Part-time. Flexible hours.10-20 hrs/week. (Do not apply if you need Full-time work.)
Must come into the office once or twice weekly. Must also have a home office with fast computer and printer/scanner to enable competent work PT from home.
Must have at least intermediate skills on MS Excel and MS Word and Rent Manager programs. No beginners.
Must be able to use “Google Drive” for Cloud document filing and sharing
Must be listen carefully and take prompt action accordingly
Must be organized, diligent, reliable, smart, communicative
Must love detail work and have a clear speaking voice for phone calls
Light bookkeeping. Calls to AR/AP vendors
Obtain Marketing contact information on Real Estate and Music Business targets. Conduct Marketing Research projects
Coordinate with Real Estate Property Manager
- Read details on monthly Bank statements and enter Income and Expense information into Excel spreadsheets on Google Drive. Categorize expenses
- Use and update tenant contact information and phone numbers in Textedly.com text communication service
- Print out monthly Delinquent Rent reports from "Rent Manager" program. Issue "Unpaid Rent" notices and fines to delinquent tenants by email, text and by registered mail
- Follow up on paperwork for Eviction and Legal filings
- Coordinate with the onsite Property Manager on Lease Violations and create Lease Violation Notices on shared Google Drive for Manager to distribute to tenants
- Connect with onsite Property Manager to update vacancy list and map
- Connect with Head of Maintenance to update task completion checklist reports on shared Google Drive
- Find and Interview by phone workmen for real estate repairs
