Director of Merchandising
Job Posting for Director of Merchandising at RG Barry Brands
We are looking for an experienced Director of Merchandising to join our growing product and merchandising team!
In this role you'll have the unique opportunity to sit at the center of our product strategy, creating a cohesive merchandising plan that aligns our product design and development with inventory planning and buying. You will drive our seasonal and new product assortments, ensuring that we always have newness to compliment our core business. Cross functionally, you will play an integral role ensuring alignment around product assortments, launches, new developments and strategy through merchandising presentations and ownership of seasonal line plans. Externally, you will work with our sales team to foster new retail partnerships.
