As a PC Technician I, you'll dive into the exciting world of custom PC building, where your skills will shine. From the exhilarating moment of unboxing components to the satisfaction of bringing a powerful gaming machine to life, you'll be in the driver's seat of PC creation.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your PC building skills to assemble desktop computers, including gathering parts, PC assembly, driver installation, and thorough testing.
• Assist customers in selecting their dream PC builds and provide exceptional customer service throughout the ordering process.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance remotely to ensure our customers have the best gaming experience.
• Contribute to general office tasks, such as printing and resupplying checklists, organizing documents, and supporting the smooth operation of our workspace.
