Job Location: 26235 First Street, Westlake, OH 44145
Position Type: contract( 12 months) with possible extension
Pay rate $25 /hr on w2
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer complaints and input into SAP system.
Manage Return order requests
Support incoming customer requests via email
Process change orders and delivery blocks in SAP
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an Administrative and/or CSR role for manufacturing company
Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft office
Experience with SAP Software a plus.
Good communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Education:
High School or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Westlake, OH 44145: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
