We are seeking a Social Media Account Manager to join our small but growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing content strategies, overseeing project execution, and managing social media accounts for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison with clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear and open communication.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and brand voice.
- Collaborate with the team to develop the overall content strategy and schedule for each client.
- Assign tasks to team members based on each project's requirements and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Work together with the creative team to ensure the execution of content production, from concept development to delivery.
- Review and approve the final content, ensuring it meets our quality standards and aligns with the client's brand.
- Schedule and post approved content across the designated social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on the performance of content, providing clients with regular updates and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a social media or marketing agency.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Ability to analyze social media data and translate it into actionable strategies.
