A leading manufacturer of refractory metals and high temperature products. Bringing technology and engineering together to provide innovative solutions to customers in a wide range of industries, government and high-tech applications.

Committed to continuous improvement in product quality. Operating an extensive research program to identify innovations and technologies in metals and alloys.

Responsibilities:

- Program, setup/fixture, and operate EDM cuts (Rods, discs, plates etc.)

- Program, set up/Fixture and operate hole popping machine (k3HS)

- Maintenance Wire/Hole popping machine (filters/media. etc.)

- Lasers engrave parts and asset cards and quality equipment

- Run 3D Printer (cases for omegas)

- Operate wet saw

- Stainless Steel blasting parts

- Clean parts in acid room.

- Run parts through furnace

- Refill Acid from bulk tank

- Package / Vacuum seal parts for outsourcing/shipping

- Use Micrometers/Calipers to inspect dimensions

- 2 Years’ experience

Education / Certifications:

High School Diploma

CPR certified first response

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
