```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. Your attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties:

• Greet guests and escort them to their table
• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages
• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

Take accurate food and drink orders

• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
• Assist with table setup and cleanup
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
• Process payments using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

Skills:
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar upscale establishment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic math for handling payments and making change
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service without rushing guests
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and accuracy in processing transactions
- Knowledge of the food industry, culinary techniques, and menu items
