SUMMARY

The Resident Services Coordinator oversees resident inquiries and maintenance requests with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, this role involves coordinating various resident activities to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Warmly welcoming residents and their guests with professionalism and courtesy.

• Handling telephone inquiries and messages promptly and efficiently.

• Managing the distribution of mail, deliveries, and packages to residents.

• Utilizing Yardi software to accurately log and track all maintenance requests.

• Maintaining detailed records of any incidents or occurrences on the property.

• Addressing resident inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.

• Organizing and coordinating various resident events, including but not limited to movie nights, mixers, and meet-and-greets.

• Undertaking any additional duties as assigned by management. • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with basic computer proficiency.

• Outstanding customer service aptitude, coupled with a personable and engaging demeanor to effectively interact with individuals.

• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, conveying information clearly and concisely.

• Capability to lift heavy packages, with a minimum requirement of 50 pounds.

• Maintaining a professional and tidy appearance at all times.

• Possession of reliable transportation for commuting purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
