" Onboard and offboard consultants/employees on government and commercial projects, along with maintaining proper documentation.
" Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
" Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
" Preparing and maintaining operations documents, including contracts and reports.
" Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
" Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources to meet operational demands and maximize productivity.
" Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure services meet the highest standards.
" Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
" Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational challenges and implement solutions to address them.
" Technology Integration: Explore and implement technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
" Employee related issues and resolutions
" Proposal and contract support for new opportunities
" IT support work with our vendor to help with issues
Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
" 5 years of experience in a similar role
" Must have experience in staffing/consulting
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
" Solid understanding of business operations
" Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
" Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
" Proficient in using relevant software and reporting tools
