The Role:
The Business Operations & Strategy Manager will report directly to the Chief Business Officer based out of the NYC office. Who you are:
- Someone with 3-5 years of total work experience, with 2 years in top-tier management consulting or investment banking and >1 year of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or BizOps experience at a high growth B2B company.
- A strategic thinker well versed with business performance initiatives in a tech or high-growth environment.
- An analytical, individual contributor with a passion for strategic thinking and the B2B market.
- Highly strong in analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- You are excited and eager to learn a new system or skill.
- A strategic thinker, with the ability to look at the long term and are comfortable making tough decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build cross-functional relationships - build and manage positive relationships with key partners across the org to power the business forward.
- Support the business operations for the sales & marketing teams, supporting those organizations to solve short and long-term problems.
- Dive into tactical growth initiatives to accelerate growing our pipeline and work closely with our director of growth, web developer, and other marketing team members
- Support revenue operations team to drive efficiency and empower team members to move faster
- Work alongside with the GTM analyst to leverage purpose built dashboards to empower different team leads to over achieve our targets
- Develop a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of Rho's business model.
