About the Role:
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will work with our People Operations Manager and team members across the business to deliver a seamless employee experience and support the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the People Operations Manager and Head of People to execute the overall People Ops Road Map
- Work with the People Operations Manager to write internal communications to help with change management and consistent messaging across the organization
- Provide service and support to all employees, managers, and third parties by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate parties when necessary
- Support and contribute to ongoing improvements to the people team tech stack in order to better automate, scale, and make decisions based on data
- Provide support throughout the onboarding and off-boarding process, and identify opportunities to improve and automate employment life cycle experience
- Support, update, and maintain employee data in our people systems, supporting reporting and audit activities, ensuring data governance, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
- Work with the broader People team to ensure consistency of all pre-hire processes, post-hire transition and documentation
- Promote learning & development and wellness initiatives
- Perform additional People Operations duties and projects as they arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field)
- 0-2 years of HR or People Operations experience
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Problem solving mentality with the ability to proactively anticipate questions and provide solutions to improve workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication
