Fulfillment Specialist

Rhoback is looking for an upbeat, positive, and organized individual with a very strong work ethic and experience in warehouse and fulfillment to join our team as a Fulfillment Specialist. This individual will be responsible for fulfilling e-commerce orders, restocking our fulfillment center, ensuring all orders are collected daily, maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse and any ad hoc task in the warehouse. Rhoback is a fast-growing e-commerce apparel brand and the Fulfillment Specialist must be able to keep up with daily tasks to ensure the warehouse is functioning optimally.

This role will be based in Charlottesville, VA. This is a Monday through Friday position that requires weekend flexibility during the holiday season (starting Black Friday through December).

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Pick, pack and fulfill ecommerce orders in an efficient and accurate manner.


• Conduct routine audits of inventory levels to maintain highest levels of accuracy Leverage historic data and growth rates on carryover products.


• Maintain an excellent working relationship with our customer service team so that they may deliver excellent experiences for our customers.


• Some experience with Oracle Netsuite, Shopify, and ShipStation is preferred but not required.


• Responsible for proactively communicating any inventory needs/shortages with the Fulfillment Manager.


• Responsible for accurately scanning inventory barcodes with a provided RF scanner.


• Responsible for managing warehouse organization and maintenance and ensuring the warehouse is clean and tidy at the end of every day.


• Responsible for accurately labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness of inventory storage areas.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.


• 2 year of warehouse or similar experience.


• Impeccable attendance, punctuality, and time management.


• Pick, Pack, and shipping experience preferred but not mandatory.


• RF scanner experience preferred but not mandatory.

Physical requirements::

• Standing, bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, carrying and moving items.


• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.


• Standing for 8 hours.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday.


• Flexibility around holiday season.
