[Remote] Account Director Responsibilities
• Lead and manage 5-10 key client accounts, providing strategic direction
• Develop executable strategies designed to meet the client’s needs/goals
• Identify growth opportunities and actively pursue mutual benefits for clients and agency
• Act as the primary client contact
• Maintain consistent communication and align agency services with client needs
• Collaborate with research and strategy teams to inform strategy development
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed client KPIs
• Present campaign insights and future strategies to clients to ensure ongoing success
• Retain and grow accounts and identify new opportunities with clients
• Establish one-to-one rapport with key parties within the company
• Demonstrate authoritative understanding of the client’s goals and competitive landscapes
• Reinforce what the company brings to the table as a strategic partner
[Remote] Account Director Qualifications
• 5 years digital marketing experience required
• 2 years in an agency accounts role experience required
• Proven track record in developing and leading B2B marketing strategies required
• Proficiency in SEO, PPC, and social-advertising strategies required
• CRM experience required
