About the Role:
The Ecommerce Content Associate will support the Senior Associate of Ecommerce and be responsible for all day to day coordination and operations of the Ecommerce activities. The position will focus on coordinating and implementing weekly site updates and content management for a consistent experience across all digital storefronts, as well as collaborating closely with all parts of the organization, including Merchandising, Web Development, Digital Product, Creative, and Performance / Brand Marketing partners.
What you’ll do:

Executing website content plans in collaboration with merchandising, brand marketing and creative teams

Implement compelling seasonal and product storytelling on site

Based on content calendar, refresh website marketing, including homepages, collection pages and other custom or curated product listing page experiences

Support in briefing and building unique landing page experiences for various campaigns, A/B testing, acquisition, etc.

Own all web asset requests, file specifications, and internal organization to streamline communication and processes with Creative for optimized delivery

Partner with Creative team to scale enhanced content across product listings that include images, video, product descriptions, etc. to successfully sell the product

Actively monitor competitors and make recommendations for changes to product listings based on trends, opportunities, and competitor listings

Troubleshoot product or customer issues that arise on site as needed, including but not limited to, copy, tags, and navigation

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, click-through rate, and bounce rate to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
What you’ll bring:

2 years of Ecommerce experience in direct-to-consumer businesses

Proven experience in Ecommerce content creation, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Familiarity with e-commerce content management system

Strong written and communication skills
