Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 100 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnosis not matter what their condition. Our interventional radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians.
In a typical day you will...
- Support the physician team during procedures, administration of drugs, and monitoring patients throughout exam/procedure
- Administer conscious sedation under direction of provider
- Inform the technologist, radiologist, and any other relevant members of the healthcare team of any patient needs
- Assess patients and document the patients current health status and medical history including response to care provided, needs, problems, and progress
- Document and record patients peri-operative assessments, intra procedural care and status, post procedural for report to recovery room nurse
- Create a safe, therapeutic environment in which patient's psychological, physiological and physical needs are anticipated, identified, and met
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient's well-being
- Assist with specialized exam, including consent and patient education related to these exams
- Collaborate with team to develop, evaluate, and improve relevant processes
Requirements:
- RN registration in the state of Colorado
- Previous experience as a RN required specifically in interventional radiology and critical care
- BLS & ACLS certification required
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as a member of a team

Compensation is between $38.00 and $50.00 hourly
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
