Job Description
Maximize service to farmer members through service.
Manage the day to day work flow.
Assign work tasks to employees.
Inspect employees work for quality and quantity.
Ensure employees have a safe working environment.
Manage costs for labor, electrical and repairs.
Understand department expenses and prepare charts and reports that explain expenses monthly.
Keep management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and actions being taken to improve the situation.
Present monthly safety/sanitation training.
Train new employees.
Strive to eliminate as much unplanned downtime as practical.
Determine the root cause of any opportunity or problem before developing any or all action plans.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Regular work schedule is M-F 7p-7a with some extended daily hours and weekend work possible.
Hours worked from 7p-7a will receive a .75 cent per hour shift premium.
Must be able to ride a manlift
