Th is a prevailing wage job with majority of the work performed within a 60-mile radius of Milwaukee, WI.

Experience and Qualifications:

§ 10-15 years of experience is preferred

§ Excellent understanding of techniques and methods of installation and construction

§ Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools

§ Proven experience with the layout and install of drywall and trim materials, patch drywall sheathing, joint compound filling, and the ability to perform simple repairs

§ Experience with steel stud drywall, rough and finish carpentry work, and installation of doors and hardware is preferred

§ The ability to read and understand blueprints and written specs

§ Maintain a clean and safe work site while following company rules and procedures

§ Excitement about working on any shift, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, as hospital construction occurs at all hours

§ Experience interacting with other trade contractors in answering questions or solving problems/issues that arise in the field

§ A motivated and driven individual with strong organizational and communication skills

§ Capable of performing continuous physically demanding work, including lifting 100 lbs.

§ Lives within a 60-mile radius of Milwaukee, WI is preferred

§ Experience in Davis Bacon-Prevailing wage

§ Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug test
