Job Description: Production and Inventory Coordinator for Richloom Contract
Job Responsibilities / Duties
- Process purchase orders with overseas factories
- Review inventory for in line and program skus and make suggested buys to VP and SVP
- Responsible follow up with overseas factories to ensure purchase orders hit key target dates to maintain the approved ex mill date
- Elevate any potential order issues to VP and SVP
- Work with design and customer service on approvals for pre production samples
- Maintain pricing in AS400 system for all active skus
- Answer questions from Sales and design on orders
- Responsible for keeping production WIP up to date for all custom projects
- Work with VP and SVP on special projects as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience in an office and/or related business (Hospitality, Contract or Home Furnishings preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint or similar programs
- Knowledge or experience working with an AS400 system preferred but not required

Part Time remote work is available (3 days in office minimum after training period)
Salary Range $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience and background
