Richmark Properties is currently looking for someone to fill a Lead Maintenance position who can run all aspects for an apartment community
Job Description:
- Handle overall maintenance of property, repairs, and make readies
- Handle parts and ordering while watching expenses for budget purposes
- Maintain the pool and equipment and have pool certification
- Schedule vendors as needed
- Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
Qualifications:
- HVAC / EPA certification (Required)
- Working knowledge and strength in HVAC Systems, Electrical, and Plumbing (Required)
- Minimum two (2) years on-site experience as a Lead Maintenance or Assistant Lead
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Must clear screening and have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to take after hours calls.
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- On Call
- Weekend availability
