We edit, print, and ship photo-related orders for over 2500 professional photography studios operating in all 50 states. WE ARE SEEKING TO FILL AN INVENTORY SPECIALIST POSITION ON OUR 2ND SHIFT:
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our hard-working, motivated photo lab inventory team. We work in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about teaching and developing those around us. Our goal is to create a motivated and positive workspace. The Inventory Specialist will report to the Inventory Manager and assist them in the overall support of the production floor, including completing inventory requests, receiving inbound shipments, updating inventory database, and assisting with product purchasing. We’ll look to you to roll up your sleeves and truly get involved in production processes, being willing and able to support all facets of the department is essential. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced production environment within the photo industry.

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete inventory requests with efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels of products and update inventory team of potential low stock cases.
- Receive shipments including verification of goods, unpacking of materials to proper stocking area, and completion of administrative receiving process.
- Review department stock areas for opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and space utilization.
- Review physical On-Hand inventory counts and update inventory database as directed by manager.
- Assist the Inventory Team and Inventory Manager with product purchase recommendations and ordering.
- Use of warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklift. Training on the job available.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively utilize inventory management software
- Must be flexible, innovative and comfortable in setting priorities through organizational thought and rational conduct.
- Good understanding of inventory control principles.
- High School Diploma required.
- Prior forklift operation experience/ability for certification.
- At least 1-2 years working within an inventory setting, i.e., grocery, retail, freight, manufacturing, etc.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and logical process thinking.
- Must be able to always utilize deductive reasoning skills with a pro-active mindset.
- Ability to hold oneself accountable during autonomous work, but also generate results within a team setting.
- Ability to withstand 8-hour shift that at times will consist of up to 90% of physical labor including repetitive lifting averaging 20-45lbs per item.
